In celebration of International Women’s Day this year, join our distinguished panel of business leaders, entrepreneurs and leading professionals as they address specific unconscious and conscious biases creating barriers for professional women (and men) in today’s society and share their thoughts on how to #BreaktheBias.

Having started the business online at 19 when e-commerce was at its infancy, she revolutionised the spheres of online retail, redefined the fashion scene in Singapore and grew her blogshop outfit into a multi-million dollar international label. She believes that Love, Bonito is not just in the business of fashion, but ultimately in the business of women, with a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman. Rachel has headlined at notable international conferences and was honoured by Forbes as Asia's 30 under 30 in 2016 and Asia's Most Influential by Tatler Asia in 2021.

From a Sales Rep in the Personal Safety Division in 2003 in the U.S. to becoming VP and MD of SEA and Country Leader Singapore since 2019, Kevin McGuigan’s extensive business leadership experience at 3M has embraced DEI throughout his career. Kevin served on the Board of first women and children’s shelter in the United States - the Women’s Advocates in St. Paul, MN. In August 2021, Kevin was asked to become a Diversity Advisory Board Member at University of Minnesota, Duluth, and a Board Member at POWERS & Women@NTU in Singapore. Kevin is passionate about ensuring diversity and inclusion within 3M and in December 2021 he was awarded Executive of the Year by the Singapore Business Management Review.

Lorraine is joint managing partner of Bird & Bird ATMD and heads the firm’s intellectual property group in Singapore. With more than two decades’ experience in managing and protecting IP portfolios globally across many industries, she is deeply familiar with international and cross-border issues involving IP commercialisation and brand management. She gets intimately involved with legal and business teams both in-house and external to map out and execute strategic IP protection and risk management initiatives, bringing tangible value to clients. Lorraine is listed as one of the top trade mark practitioners in Singapore by Euromoney's Women in Business Law Expert Guide 2021, and is named as one of the Top 250 Women in IP in 2021 by Managing IP.
