Tim Haley | Partner
Tim is a Partner at Latitude, and he founded and leads the company’s Indianapolis office.
A native Hoosier, Tim joined Latitude after working as a Partner at Am Law 100 firm Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Indianapolis. While there he represented Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and privately held businesses ranging from multinationals to family-owned enterprises.
During his 14 years of private practice, Tim advised and represented clients on complex environmental litigation, transactions and compliance matters. His roles included serving as lead counsel in a successful appeal before the Indiana Supreme Court, serving on the victorious defense trial team in a high-profile federal criminal case, and advising on numerous noteworthy corporate transactions. He also regularly advised general counsel on sophisticated environmental compliance matters and handled administrative appeals.
Tim co-hosts the Leveraging Latitude podcast with Candice Reed. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law. He also has an MPA from IU’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs in Bloomington and a B.A. from North Carolina State University, where he was captain of the swim team, All-ACC and a U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier.
Cynthia Moon | Director of Legal Recruiting & Placement
Cynthia serves as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works from Latitude’s Nashville office. She helps experienced attorneys and paralegals transition into often life-changing engagements and permanent positions.
Before joining Latitude, Cynthia was the General Counsel and Director of Human Resources for TCW, an intermodal trucking company headquartered in Nashville, and previously practiced employment law at Baker Donelson in Nashville and Fowler Bell in Lexington, Kentucky. She also has prior legal recruiting experience with Koerner & Associates in Nashville.
Cynthia has held multiple leadership roles in bar organizations as well as community and professional groups. She also presents CLE and HR-related training seminars throughout the community. Cynthia received her B.A. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she served on the William & Mary Law Review and National Trial Team.
