We are excited to announce the return of the ACC/PBPA CLE Challenge on March 29, 2022 at the offices of Taylor English. The event will be in-person with a virtual option. It will feature four hours of CLE programming, including an hour of professionalism, and a return of the popular breakout sessions. We would like to thank the sponsors of the event, Bondurant Mixson, Morris Manning & Martin, Taylor English and Robert Half | Protiviti. All proceeds of this event benefit Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta. We hope to see many of you there.

Presentations will include:

  • The Corporate Counsel’s Role in Pro Bono (professionalism credit)
  • Beyond the Obvious: Structuring to Enhance the Legal Function
  • Insuring the Deal: Representations and Warranty Insurance and Post-Closing Dispute Resolution
  • Faster, Fairer, Cheaper?: Considerations for Selecting ADR Clauses and Dispute Resolution Procedures
  • The Law of Damages: What is my Company’s Exposure (or Upside)?
  • Georgia Business Cases to Watch in 2022
  • Employment Policies and Procedures for a Hybrid Workforce
  • Trademark Challenges with NFT’s

Parking is free and a boxed lunch will be served.

Please indicate if you’d prefer the virtual option and a link to the feature presentations will be sent to you prior to the event.

While we understand that some "no shows" are unavoidable, we kindly ask that you please consider our speakers and hosts who have spent a considerable amount of time and resources to put this webinar on for you before deciding not to attend.  Good attendance helps ensure that ACC Georgia can continue to offer CLE programming and networking events at no cost to our ACC Georgia members. If you need to cancel, we ask for 48 hours’ notice togeorgia@accglobal.com.

If you have any questions, please contact Connie Swindell-Harding at georgia@accglobal.com.
