Free to attend, but participants may make a monetary donation in any amount that feels comfortable. The ACC Women's Group will provide all donations to the Spring of Tampa Bay.
About Your Professor
Robson “Robinho” Moura is a 6th degree black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and an 8x World Champion. He is from a small town outside Rio de Janeiro and began competing in the sport at age 13. About the Seminar
The Statistics:
- In 2020, over 106,000 crimes of domestic violence were reported to Florida law enforcement agencies, resulting in over 64,000 arrests.
- Over 1.2 million Florida women have been raped at some point in their lives.
Join us in an introduction to the sport of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and in learning self-defense techniques that just might help you save yourself someday. This seminar is designed for beginners so there is no experience necessary.
Please dress comfortably. Flip-flops are suggested as you will be asked to remove your shoes before stepping onto the mat.
