ACC NCR Prime-Subcontractor Relationships: Does It Have to Be This Hard? Strategies for Mitigating Risk and Preserving an Effective Partnership for Prime and Subcontractors

During this presentation, a seasoned panel will discuss the challenges faced by prime and subcontractors in the federal marketplace.  Topics will include effective (back-to-back) flow-down of prime contract provisions, exclusivity restrictions, and appropriately-scoped employee non-solicitation and intellectual property provisions.
