ACC National Capital Region’s Nonprofits & Associations Committee is joining forces with the ACC Global Nonprofit Network again this year to present a joint conference for in-house nonprofit counsel.  This year's topics will focus on the legal and financial implications of driving revenue from alternative sources and educating yourself on your organization’s financials.

We will offer ACC members in and beyond the National Capital Region access to three sessions which will discuss fundraising beyond grants and galas, what your CFO wants you to know and the ins and outs of venture philanthropy.  As nonprofits and associations continue to expand their fundraising to new vehicles and ventures, legal departments need to understand the attendant risks and other implications.  Come gain critical and cutting-edge insight from our esteemed panels on how to protect your organization while helping it thrive and supporting its financial well-being.
