For corporate boards, providing management oversight and strategic direction is expanding to include Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations. Board members must be able to assess both the business and legal risks across a range of ESG functions; from disclosures to supply-chain due diligence to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
