ACC NCR Government Contractors Ethics and Compliance Primer

Government contractors are subject to an array of statutory and regulatory ethics and compliance obligations.  Alleged and actual violations can be costly.  We will provide an overview of the ethics and compliance obligations applicable to Federal contractors, discuss recent updates, and provide guidance for developing effective ethics and compliance programs to mitigate risk of noncompliance.
