Join us for ACC NCR's first Financial Services Industry event and first in-person event since March 2020!  

The event will start with a roundtable discussion of regulation hot topics for in-house counsel at financial services companies, followed by a reception on the Nelson Mullins terrace, overlooking the Capitol.  

  • Topics will include the federal and state legislative and administrative policy developments, as well as sanctions against Russia and the latest news on fintech.
  • Whether you work at a traditional financial services company or a fintech company, or you have a bank account, mortgage or credit card or just simply want to join other in-house counsel for some in-person networking - this program is for you!

The roundtable discussion will be led by Richard Levin, Partner and Chair of the FinTech Regulation Practice at Nelson Mullins; Autumn Hunter, Associate General Counsel & Managing Director, Public Policy and Political Law, at Bank of America; and Andrew Ting, General Counsel at Koalafi.  The Honorable Jim Moran, Senior Policy Advisor at Nelson Mullins, will also join the event to provide insight.

Attendees must follow the ACC NCR COVID-19 Guidelines & Duty of Care.  Registrants will receive information about how to provide evidence of vaccination closer to the date of the event.
