Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC National Capital RegionAccording to recent studies, women and people of color are less likely to have internal sponsors to guide their professional development and promotion within organizations. This session will provide a road map for individuals to chart an effective path for personal professional development by a) focusing on self-awareness and competency development, b) soliciting critical performance feedback, and c) identifying creative options for building executive skills and professional networks.
The session will be informed by the respected and insightful Birkman Method, a proprietary instrument to better understand interpersonal dynamics and achieve higher performance through positive psychology. This report provides you with the most robust understanding of who you are. There is no additional cost to ACC member registrants for this added value of an individual Birkman Signature report to learn more about your personal psychometrics and how they impact your professional development. If you register for this program and would like a personalized Birkman Signature report,
please email Miguell@theasterconsulting.com
to request your individual survey prior to the session on July 27. The survey will take approximately twenty (20) minutes to complete, and it will take approximately one day or so to receive your personalized report.
