Beginning at Noon on Thursday, February 24, 2022, our panel of high-profile current and former GCs and CLOs will discuss ways that ACC Minnesota members can engage in efforts to attract and retain diverse legal professionals in rewarding careers in Minnesota. Likewise, the panelists will address challenges, opportunities, and key learnings from their own careers.  

These topics will guide the conversation:

  • Diversity statistics that set the stage and guide us to action.
  • Insights into our panelists' career journeys, how they arrived at their current roles, and their journey with DEI and ESG throughout their careers.
  • Practical action steps that participants can implement to further the dialogue and implement effective change to support DEI and ESG in their legal departments, in their companies and in the legal industry.
