Overview (Program Summary)

A CLE presentation featuring food, beverages, and networking!

Synopsis: Whether it takes the form of a threatened litigation, a government subpoena or a whistleblower complaint, companies must move quickly to investigate and assess the threat, and ensure relevant information is preserved. This presentation will cover scope and timing of document preservation, considerations when retaining counsel for the company and employees, gathering facts through employees interviews while protecting the privilege, and cooperation with government investigations.

This program is pending approval for 1 Ethics CLE credit in WA. To receive CLE credit, you must sign in and out of the attendance sheet.
