Monday, December 13, 2021
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The ACC Georgia Chapter welcomes Jackson Lewis P.C. whose attorney, Melanie Paul, will present “What Employers Need to Know about OSHA Compliance, the COVID Vaccine ETS and Beyond”. This presentation will cover topics such as the COVID vaccine ETS status and legal challenges for federal and OSHA State Plans, joint employment issues with temp agency workers, part-time and seasonal worker issues, and duties of employers to train and supervise.
By registering, you agree that your name and contact information will be provided for one-time use (for virtual meeting management) to Jackson Lewis. CLE credit of 1.0 hour is being applied for, and if approved, will be submitted to the Georgia State Bar for attendees licensed to practice in Georgia.
Attendance is limited to ACC members and their invited in-house counsel guests, as well as prospective ACC members. ACC membership is open to attorneys who practice law as in-house counsel employees of organizations and who do not hold themselves out to the public for the practice of law.
While we understand that some "no shows" are unavoidable, we kindly ask that you please consider our speakers and hosts who have spent a considerable amount of time and resources to put this event on for you before deciding not to attend. Good attendance helps ensure that ACC Georgia can continue to offer CLE programming and networking events at no cost to our ACC Georgia members. If you need to cancel, we ask for 48 hours’ notice to georgia@accglobal.com. ACC Georgia reserves the right to charge a fee for attendees who do not cancel.
If you have any questions, please contact Connie Swindell-Harding at georgia@accglobal.com.
