Successful Mediation: Navigating the Potholes on the Road to Yes

Join Chief Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge (Delaware); Judge Jose Linares (Ret.)(former Chief Judge, New Jersey); Guy Donatiello, Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property for Endo Pharmaceuticals; and Barry Golob, Co-Chair Intellectual Property Litigation, Cozen O'Connor who will discuss the nuts and bolts of mediation. The panel will offer an inside view from the bench on what in-house counsel should know and be prepared for when mediating a case to settlement, from selecting a mediator to having a MOU ready in case one gets to yes.

After the panel discussion we will be joined by Vicki Miller, founder of Vinocity, for a discussion about how to choose a great bottle of wine at a lower price point at a restaurant or wine shop.
