Overview (Program Summary)

Successful Mediation: Navigating the Potholes on the Road to Yes

Join Chief Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge (Delaware); Judge Jose Linares (Ret.)(former Chief Judge, New Jersey); Guy Donatiello, Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property for Endo Pharmaceuticals; and Barry Golob, Co-Chair Intellectual Property Litigation, Cozen O'Connor who will discuss the nuts and bolts of mediation. The panel will offer an inside view from the bench on what in-house counsel should know and be prepared for when mediating a case to settlement, from selecting a mediator to having a MOU ready in case one gets to yes.

After the panel discussion we will be joined by Vicki Miller, founder of Vinocity, for a discussion about how to choose a great bottle of wine at a lower price point at a restaurant or wine shop.

If you are among the first 150 registrants to RSVP by Wednesday, April 21st, you will select the wine of your choice on the registration page.  If you are not one of the first 150, you may still attend the event to listen to the panel discussion and join us for networking with your own wine.
