We are going on an adventure - a quest for more life balance, more breathing room, and inner peace.

The calling to embark on this journey may be subtle at first, but left unanswered may grow into fatigue, insomnia, chronic aches and pains, and falling into habits and addictive behaviors you know aren't serving you well. At any moment you can choose to take the path less traveled. But, you need tools, skills, and practices for the journey ahead.

Part 1: The Power of Breathing

In this seminar we will explore how to "rewire" your breath. Discover your natural breath & learn breathing techniques to help quiet and focus the mind as well as techniques to increase energy and boost immunity.

Part 2: Alignment & Mobility

How can one focus on the peak of their potential when every step is accompanied by aches and pains? As a functional range conditioning mobility specialist, yoga and pilates instructor, and personal trainer specializing in functional fitness, Kelly teaches you how to "put down roots" and find correct posture and alignment. Learn a joint mobility routine to promote longevity and stay in the flow of life.

Part 3: Awareness & Transformation

When you feel centered in your body and calm in mind you've created fertile soil for growth and habit change. Discover how to set smart goals, stay motivated, how to schedule rest and recovery, and cultivate a balance of self-compassion and determination as you move towards your goals.

Your Guide, Kelly Gonzalez Corbett

Kelly is on a mission to prevent burnout and help people feel good in their body and balanced in their life so they can seize the day and seek out their next adventure. Kelly is a wellness coach and fitness professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Writing Seminars and completed her Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She is a certified yoga and pilates instructor, personal trainer, and functional range conditioning mobility specialist. She has taught movement and mindfulness classes and wellness seminars for companies such as Nike, Hulu, and Zefr.
