ACC ChicagoThe members of our panel represented parties in two federal, multiweek, in-person jury trials during the pandemic. As they reflected on those trials, interesting conversations arose on how measures taken during the pandemic will impact future litigation, even after it is over. What changes are temporary and what may stick? The panel will discuss their “verdicts” and engage in conversations on the pandemic’s potential impact on future litigation.
