  • Unicolors, Inc. v. H&M Hennes & Mauritz, LP
Did the Ninth Circuit err in breaking with its own prior precedent and the findings of other circuits and the Copyright Office?
  • Pivotal Software, Inc. v. Tran
Does the Reform Act's discovery-stay provision apply to a private action under the Securities Act in state or federal court, or solely to a private action in federal court?
  • Cummings v. Premier Rehab Keller, PLLC
Do the compensatory damages available under Title VI and the statues that incorporate its remedies include compensation for emotional distress?
