WEBINAR: Did You Just Say That? Recognizing and Interrupting Microaggressions

This workshop will introduce participants to the concept of microaggressions and how they affect individuals across different identities. Participants will explore the importance of addressing microaggressions both inside and outside the workplace and identify effective strategies for doing so in small break-out sessions. We will also discuss tools and strategies to facilitate productive communications around microaggressions so participants can learn how to support a colleague or client who experiences a microaggression.
