ACC San DiegoJoin Mintz Member Jennifer Rubin, corporate enterprise executives, and leaders driving DEI and ESG initiatives in today’s workplace for an online forum addressing the most difficult challenges confronting those working to create greater inclusion, equity, and belonging across organizations and industries.
On a panel entitled, “The C-Suite & The Board: Working Together to Create a More Inclusive Culture,” Jen and other distinguished panelists will explore issues including:
- Implementing mandates that incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Empowering the board to move forward with these mandates
- Best ways to embrace fear around diversifying leadership and the board
