Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Australia

Various people, including company directors, business owners, professionals and parties that guarantee and finance documents, are exposed to risk, including the risk of being sued or bankrupted. The economic fallout from the current pandemic has refocused attention on the areas of legal asset protection strategies that can be employed to give people who may be at risk peace of mind.

In this presentation, using real life examples, we will consider methods and plans that can be put in place to mitigate risk and protect the assets that people at legal or financial risk have worked hard to accumulate.
