A program hosted by:

ACC Australia

Gilbert + Tobin’s award winning transformation and technical advisory team, G+T Innovate, invites you to join them for a Legal Project Management (LPM) workshop in May 2021.

What is the purpose of the Legal Project Management (LPM) workshop training?

Aimed at in-house lawyers, the workshop will provide you with an understanding of how to use foundational LPM techniques to enable efficiencies and to keep projects, and project teams, on track. Unique in the market, G+T Innovate’s LPM workshops and training are endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management for meeting industry standards and expectations in project management.

The workshop will include practical hands-on activities and, like all of G+T’s battle-tested services, has been designed to meet the specific needs of in-house lawyers.

What will the workshop cover?

The workshop offers a foundational understanding of LPM techniques and leverage principles and practices from both Waterfall and Agile Project Management practices, as well as Design Thinking frameworks. The training will be supplemented with best-practice guidance and will include tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your collaboration platforms, as well as the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

What are the key outcomes?

In-house lawyers will learn how broader legal market changes are aligned to legal projects, and will be provided with a starter kit to enable immediate application of the LPM skills to their current portfolio of work.
