Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Hong Kong

This year, more than ever, has shown the importance of looking after our own mental health and wellbeing.  We are pleased to invite you to a very personal perspective on the issue of mental health and the impact it can have whether on someone in your team, someone you know or indeed yourself.

Jon East, who is a qualified lawyer with extensive in-house experience and currently working as a legal consultant, will be joining us to share his experience of mental ill health and his recovery. He will also be joined by his wife, Abi (who is an HR consultant with a background in change management), who will talk about her experiences of caring for someone who is experiencing mental health challenges. Both Jon and Abi will also share their perspectives on how line managers and work can support someone going through these challenges.

Jon and Abi East will be interviewed by Jonathan Warne, Partner at CMS UK. There will be an opportunity for questions on what will be an insightful and very open discussion about mental wellbeing and its importance to us all.
