Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Ontario

If digital transformation wasn't front-of-mind for business before, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the move to online service delivery across all industries. As organizations design, market and launch digital products and services, privacy and litigation considerations are central.

Join Torys privacy counsel Molly Reynolds, and litigation partner Andrew Bernstein, as well as Legal Director Adrienne Bedrich-Panchuk at Concentra, as they discuss best practices for online applications, consents and customer contracts, allocation of liability and indemnities in vendor agreements for digital products, in-house counsel's role in liaising with internal business, technology, marketing and compliance groups, and the regulatory and litigation risk landscape.

This program contains 1 hour and 30 minutes of Professionalism content.

This event is open and free of charge only to in-house counsel who are practicing lawyers and are current members of a provincial law society; however, you must RSVP to attend. Please RSVP by no later than Wednesday, October 6, 2021.

ACC Ontario reserves the right to review all registrations for eligibility. In-house counsel must be ACC members or meet ACC membership eligibility. Please click here for further details.

Note: All instructions and information on how to access the webinar will be sent by email in advance of the program.
