Mandating COVID-19 vaccinations is a fast evolving issue for business especially with lockdowns ending and offices gradually reopening.

Tim Greenall, Special Counsel and Luisa Gonzaga, Partner from the Workplace Relations and Safety Team at Madgwicks Lawyers, will lead an interactive Q&A session where you can ask your need to know questions about mandating COVID -19 Vaccinations for employees.

Tim Greenall

Tim Greenall, Special Counsel

Commercially savvy with over 30 years of experience, Tim provides pragmatic employment advice to his clients.
Tim advises on all aspects of employment law including enterprise bargaining, equal opportunity, entitlements and awards interpretation, termination and dismissal disputes, disciplinary process and termination and restructuring and redundancy.
Tim acts for employers across a broad range of industries including retail and manufacturing, professional services, higher education and research, in addition to executives and managers on their individual employment issues. Tim is also able to assist with policy development, implementation and training.

Tim is an accredited mediator and regularly advises employers in relation to mediations and conciliations, bringing a strategic approach to the resolution of workplace issues and problems.

Tim represents clients in the Fair Work Commission as well as all Victorian and Federal Courts. He holds a Masters of Law from the London School of Economics and has lectured at La Trobe Law School and the Leo Cussen Institute as well as being a former chairperson of the Workplace Relations section of the Law Institute of Victoria. Tim is a regular author and is considered a leading author on Mondaq.
 

Luisa Gonzaga

Luisa Gonzaga, Partner

Providing strategic, pragmatic legal advice on all aspects of Work Health and Safety (WHS) matters, Luisa is an occupational health and safety specialist.

Luisa was a Finalist in the Partner of the Year Awards for Workplace Health and Safety in 2020 reflecting her expertise and considerable experience. This experience includes assisting clients in matters involving compliance, chain of responsibility, health and safety representation, responding to and assisting with managing major workplace incidents, responding to and managing regulators, as well as representing clients in WHS prosecutions, coronial inquests, and merits review at VCAT.

Luisa also regularly provides legal advice on WorkCover matters, undertakes bullying complaints and investigations and conducts training from employee level to senior management as well as for boards and executive teams.
