Investments in InsurTech are becoming larger and more frequent in Asia. This webinar explores the forms such investment may take (JV, licence, outright acquisition etc.) and the contractual documentation and typical issues associated with them. It also considers some of the regulatory issues that arise in the context of such investments. Many of the issues highlighted in the webinar will also be relevant to FinTech investments more generally.

Jan Buschmann is an international counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton. His practice focuses on insurance transactions and regulation in Hong Kong and the wider Asia region.
