Vinod is currently based in Texas, but retains his Singaporean PR. He's graciously volunteered his time to share his experiences and knowledge with the ACC family. Vinod has been with the company for 25 years with five of those years spent outside of legal in Business Development. Vinod speaks five languages and has lived and worked with the organization in Hong Kong, Singapore, New Delhi and currently Dallas. His responsibilities include advising senior management on business strategy risks, franchising and M&A. Vinod is known for his exceptionally strong commercial acumen and franchise relationships.
He has a Bachelor of Laws and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong and a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University (Australia) and is admitted to both the UK and Hong Kong Law Societies. Vinod is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
