DOJ's New Civil Cyber-Fraud Initiative

Ted Kang will moderate a conversation between Jody Hunt and Kellen Dwyer on the DOJ’s newly announced Civil Cyber-Fraud Initiative. Jody will offer his perspective on the civil side as former Assistant Attorney General for the DOJ’s Civil Division, while Kellen will provide key insights on the cyber front as former Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the DOJ’s National Security Division.
