The Data Protection Imperative: Litigation and Enforcement Trends in the New Normal (CLE)

Ashley Good, General Counsel of financial technology company Acorns Grow will be joined by Bradford Newman, Chair of Baker McKenzie's North America Trade Secrets Practice and white-collar defense partner Jess Nall for a discussion of civil litigation and criminal and regulatory enforcement trends in the post-pandemic world.
