Ashley Good, General Counsel of financial technology company Acorns Grow will be joined by Bradford Newman, Chair of Baker McKenzie's North America Trade Secrets Practice and white-collar defense partner Jess Nall for a discussion of civil litigation and criminal and regulatory enforcement trends in the post-pandemic world. The widespread paradigmatic shift to remote work, overlaid with emerging enforcement and regulatory priorities in the new Presidential administration, present vexing risks to companies and the protection of their most valuable IP.
