This presentation will go over the current COVID-19 laws as they apply to workers’ compensation claims.  It will include a discussion of reporting requirements for employers and an overview of best practices in defending against COVID claims.  We will share updates as to what worker’s compensation professionals have been seeing thus far in the field and how COVID claims are looking for the future.
