This will include the potential tension between a lawyer's duty to the client and the challenges to effectively respond to the government. Also, we will discuss how in-house counsel can best provide leadership to the company on food safety and related regulatory issues to reduce the risk of an FDA investigation and to help prepare for FDA inspections.
