Brooke works with employers and other plan sponsors to provide the best benefits in the most tax-advantaged way. Brooke has helped to resolve issues related to both qualified and non-qualified benefit plans, including 401(k), pension, VEBAs, and ESOPs. She has experience drafting plan documents, defending clients in IRS audits, and advising clients, including service providers, on DOL compliance. Brooke also has significant ERISA litigation experience, having represented plans from across the country in both bringing and defending against claims of breach of fiduciary duty in federal trial and appellate courts.
