ACC National Capital RegionAs a result of the coronavirus pandemic, virtually all businesses have dealt with issues concerning employees telecommuting over the past year. For some, these experiences foreshadow a future where remote work is a more regular part of their operations. And for many employees, remote work is now an expectation rather than an exception. This presentation will examine legal risks and practical issues surrounding remote and “wandering” workforces in the Post-COVID “New Normal.”
