In this session, we will provide practical tips on what in-house counsel should look for when choosing a strategy to respond to an infringement allegation. It will cover the most important things to consider to help steer companies in the right direction, including:
· The major forms of IP protection and how they can be used
· The basics of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret infringement claims
· The first five things to do if your company is accused of infringing a patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, other form of IP.
