While most of life came to a standstill in 2020, the Federal Government was hard at work advancing a number of key initiatives that impact commercial item contractors. This panel will cover recent developments in commercial item contracting, including GSA’s ongoing Schedules consolidation, efforts to implement various NDAA initiatives (Sections 846, 876, 889), as well as pricing and supply chain issues.
