Yoga instructor and enthusiast, Turtle Julian, has been teaching yoga for over 10 years with a focus on body awareness for trauma survivors and PTSD. This specialized training is particularly useful at a time like this when we are collectively experiencing trauma. Now, more than ever, it's important that we stay connected with our bodies, so we can effectively manage stress and regulate our nervous system.
