This important law is expected to have an impact on employers, creating new entitlements to paid leave and broadening the Family and Medical Leave Act. The law will have an immediate impact on employers and include new protections for workers who miss work for reasons related to the COVID-19 outbreak. There are lots of questions surrounding this anticipated legislation and this webinar will provide a summary of the expected law and answer the most commonly asked questions from our clients during this ever-evolving situation.
