Key employer and employee representative bodies have been invited to set aside historically adversarial approaches to employment relations, in favour of a new determination by the Morrison government to promote tripartite discussions over changes to the Fair Work Act.
In this presentation, Professor Andrew Stewart and partners from Piper Alderman's Employment Relations team will assess the prospects for meaningful reform in relation to awards, enterprise bargaining, casual employment and compliance mechanisms – and explain what this could mean for your business.
