ACC Greater PhiladelphiaAs states begin to allow businesses to unlock their doors, with some states opening up sooner than others, General Counsels and Chief Legal Officers are now facing new challenges establishing return to work policies, assessing business operations, and ensuring a safe workplace – with the potential threat of employer liability lurking in the shadows.
We would like to invite you to a GC/CLO “Virtual” Lunch `n Learn on May 21st from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. to discuss some of these challenges and see what our peers are doing. After you register, you will be sent a link for a virtual Wawa gift card. Just order your lunch for delivery or pick up in time for the roundtable.
We have some topics in mind, such as spatial considerations, cleaning and disinfecting workstations and common areas, employee health screenings, work-related travel, and visitor and meeting logistics, just to name a few.
