SPEAKER:

David is the Senior Partner of the Hong Kong office of Ince & Co which is an international commercial law firm established in 1870. With 13 offices in eight countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, it serves its global client base in four core sectors: Transport, Trade, Energy & Infrastructure and Insurance. In Asia, it has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore. David has been practising in Asia for many years. He has been a Council Member of the Hong Kong Society of Notaries since 2006 and was the President from 2015 to 2017. David assisted Mr Nigel Ready, author, in preparation of Brooke’s Notary Hong Kong, the authoritative text for notarial practice in Hong Kong.
