Social Event: Chopped Challenge

This is the ultimate team-building adventure! The team at Chef Alyssa's Kitchen will split the group up into teams of 5 or 6; each group will compete for two rounds (appetizer and entree). Similar to the TV show "Chopped," each team will receive a basket of 4 mystery ingredients and will have 3 minutes to plan their dish with 30 minutes to execute. Teams will be judged on taste, use of ingredients and presentation. Between each round, dinner will be prepared by one of the Chef Alyssa's Kitchen chefs and served plated. Dessert will be served after round 2 with results and winners announced.
