Leading FTI Technology’s Information Governance Privacy & Security Practice (IGP&S), Jake assists legal, records, I.T. and information security departments identify, develop, evaluate and implement in-house e-discovery and information governance processes, programs and solutions. These solutions are designed to produce the largest return on investment while simultaneously reducing risk. Jake is a founding member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and acting member of the Sedona Conference. His recent thought leadership activities include serving as faculty director of the Compliance Governance and Oversight Council, advisory cabinet member of the Masters Conference, and editorial board member for Cyber Law and Strategy Magazine.
Carmel Gill – Data Protection Officer, Lumen Technologies
Carmel Gill is Global Data Protection Officer for Lumen. Carmel has spent most of her career in-house with Colorado technology and telecommunications companies after graduating from Georgetown Law and working her first four years as a lawyer in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.
