Tom Waldman is the lead shareholder in Stradling’s Los Angeles based M&A and Private Equity groups.  He has represented  private equity funds, business sellers and strategic buyers in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-out transactions, take private transactions, Section 363 auctions, structured equity investments, distressed acquisitions, and management rollovers since the mid-1990s.  From 2007-2018, he was Managing Director, Legal at The Gores Group, LLC, supporting Gores Small Capitalization Partners and its predecessor fund in M&A and portfolio company counseling.
