Business Succession Planning: This presentation will focus on succession planning for closely-held businesses, including income tax and estate planning considerations connected therewith.
The SECURE Act: The Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act was signed into law in December, 2019. The SECURE Act was passed to expand the opportunities for individuals to increase their savings and to make administrative simplifications to the retirement system. This presentation will provide a discussion of several key provisions of the SECURE Act.
