A program hosted by:

ACC Europe

Notes

ACC Europe would like to invite you to better understand the new generation entering our workplace: Generation Z. For the first time in the professional environment, we have four generations in the workforce: Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and the next generation - and your new recruits – “Generation Z”.  “Generation Z” has distinct characteristics that employers must understand if they are to successfully recruit and retain them.

Dr Eliza Filby, a generations expert, will offer insight into the formation of this multi-generational workforce. She will also outline practical solutions for overcoming challenges and ensuring that each age cohort feels understood, appreciated and integrated into the workforce.  As an in-house lawyer dealing with many stakeholders, understanding how to manage a multi-generational workforce can be critically important to provide a dynamic value-add to the business from an in-house legal team.

This event will be hosted at Mishcon de Reya by their Academy. The Academy is Mishcon de Reya’s in-house place of learning, a driver for growth and a platform for thought leadership.

The UK Country Representatives of ACC Europe, Radhika Rani, David Gribble and Avnee Thakrar look forward to welcoming you at the event.

Time:
Networking drinks from 6 pm.
Opening from Radhika Rani at 7 pm followed by the talk from Dr Eliza Filby.
Drinks and canapés from 8 pm.
