Collecting cash on a timely basis from customers can be challenging for many manufacturers, particularly if your customers are experiencing financial difficulty. Parker Poe has a team of attorneys in our bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice that can provide insights in a brief presentation with practical guidance for detecting early signs of customers experiencing financial distress (both in and out of bankruptcy) and how you should deal with them.
