ACC NortheastPlease join us for this interactive discussion featuring PwC's Global Crisis Leader, Kristen Rivera. Kristen heads PwC's Global Crisis Center and has navigated global organizations through a range of crises during her 20-year career. The COVID crisis continues to create new challenges for legal and compliance professionals and will impose additional demands, even as we enter a phase of stabilization. Learn and share strategies for handling this increased responsibility and for preparing for the what-comes-next.
We'll engage the virtual group on the following topics:
- Surviving and thriving in the current environment
- Safely returning to the workplace
- Stabilizing your business and implementing near-term strategies
Due to the interactive nature of this program, space will be limited to the first 50 registrants. These 50 registrants will be part of an interactive discussion which, through polling and other measures, will be able to focus on the topics of greatest interest, and direct the conversation accordingly. Kristen will lead the discussion and include insights from parts of the globe that are ahead of the United States in dealing with the COVID crisis. Through this collaborative session, participants will gain practical advice and tangible action items to help drive conversations with your business leaders as we face the challenges of this new environment.

Conversation Leader: Kristin Rivera, Partner, PwC
Kristin Rivera serves as PwC's Global Forensics Leader, overseeing a practice of over 3,500 professionals operating in more than 70 countries. In addition, Kristin also leads PwC's Global Crisis Centre which helps companies and business leaders around the globe to prepare for, respond to and emerge stronger from crisis and other unexpected events.
Having been involved in more than a thousand investigations around the globe there are very few circumstances Kristin has not encountered. She brings that experience and insight to the table to guide corporate gatekeepers including executives, board members and auditors as they respond to business inflection points.
Her years of experience investigating fraud, misconduct and responding to crises of all types allows Kristin to help business leaders prepare for and emerge stronger from events for which they didn't or couldn't plan.
