The ACC Hong Kong Board of Directors invites you to the following presentation, hosted by Fangda.

When businesses go online, in-house counsel needs to consider a vast array of new legal issues, including competition law. In this seminar, the Fangda Antitrust & Competition Team will discuss the key issues in-house counsel should look out for, and offer practical guidance for businesses active in China and Hong Kong.

SPEAKERS:

Andrew Skudder, Partner, Fangda Partners

Andrew is a dispute resolution and competition litigation specialist. His primary practice areas include commercial and anti-trust litigation and arbitration as well as the provision of behavioral and transactional advice to multinational clients. Andrew has extensive experience acting for clients in complex commercial disputes before the English and Hong Kong courts, as well as coordinating complicated multi-jurisdictional investigations and disputes. Andrew is head of the Hong Kong Fangda antitrust practice and has been involved in some of the highest profile anti-trust investigations in the PRC in recent years.

Joy Wong, Associate, Fangda Partners

Joy is an antitrust / competition specialist. Based in Hong Kong, Joy has extensive experience advising Chinese and multinational clients on competition compliance, investigations and merger review in both Hong Kong and China, and can offer cross-border advice to clients active in both jurisdictions. Her clients span across a wide range of sectors, including aviation, automobiles, infrastructure, internet, telecommunications, consumer goods, hospitality, natural resources and finance. Prior to joining Fangda, Joy has worked in the competition team in an international law firm, and in Alibaba as in-house counsel, focusing on cross-border e-commerce.
