Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Northeast Ohio

This program will cover the pandemic’s impact in two areas. First a panel of attorneys will discuss the challenges faced by commercial landlords whose tenants may be requesting special considerations to an existing lease, and what landlords should consider when negotiating new leases. 

For the second half of the program, the speakers will discuss how COVID-19 has created increased awareness of the need for estate planning and the challenges of executing documents during the pandemic.
