COVID-19’s disruption on workplaces continues to be realized. This program will cover the pandemic’s impact on transactions and standard contract terms, including:
•    Business contracts
•    PPP loans and forgiveness complications 
•    Loan covenants
•    COVID-19 as a material adverse effect

1.0 CLE (This course has been submitted for approval by the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.0 total CLE hours)
