ACC Northeast OhioThis program will cover the pandemic’s impact on three areas:
• Health care: Presenters will discuss the status of enterprise liability for businesses with respect to COVID-19 infections across the country; and who and what are covered by Ohio House Bill 606.
• Bankruptcy: Filings have increased since the beginning of the pandemic and as a result, changes were made to the Bankruptcy Code that expand the ability of small businesses to file Chapter 11. Speakers will present practical steps that your business can take to better protect itself both before and after a filing by a customer or supplier.
